and sports medicine therapy. BHM continually introduces
new products to both our nursing and rehabilitation
divisions.
BHM is a leader and innovator in the development and manufacture
of patient handling/transferring equipment, bathing systems
and related specialized nursing care equipment. Our product
line is extensive and well represented in thousands of
nursing homes, long-term care facilities and hospitals
throughout North America. We employ fully trained and
graduate health care ergonomists who possess additional
specialized training. BHM's ergonomists provide our customers
with a variety of services such as: ergonomic assessments
of Health Care facilities specific to patient handling;
in-service education & product training; assistance
with patient assessment related to patient handling &
bathing; and assistance in formulating, instituting, monitoring
and ensuring compliance in Minimal Lift (Zero Lift) Injury
Prevention Programs.
BHM's rehabilitation division designs, manufactures and
markets in Canada an extensive line of treatment tables
for both clinic and hospital based physical & sports
medicine therapy services. In addition we have Canadian
distribution rights for a wide range of related rehabilitation
products covering the areas of electrotherapy, cardio,
strength & balance training, objective evaluation,
exercise and general clinical equipment.
